Mandate / Responsibilities

• Leads the prioritization of strategic sectors and co-develops the investment strategy with RDB
• Owns accountability for tracking and reporting on investor performance across the lifecycle & team performance
• Synthesizes information from RDB Group teams to identify key business climate reforms needed
• Responsible for delivering on national market and business competitiveness reforms and policy changes
• Responsible for national competitiveness annual reporting

• Generate analysis on the global, regional and local business environment to inform investment and export priorities
• Track & monitor internal RDB group investment performance
• Identify & escalate systemic private sector issues & constraints that require policy change or intervention
• Ensure investment strategy alignment with national development priorities
