Transactions Structuring & Support
Mandate / Responsibilities
- Negotiate strategic investment deals on behalf of the Government of Rwanda (‘GoR’)
- Provide transactional support to other GoR institutions
- Oversee and implement the necessary processes for public private partnerships (‘PPP’) and privatization of state owned entities
Key Functions
- Strategic Investment: Deal negotiations, structuring and closure of strategic deals
- Privatization: Responsible for guiding, overseeing and ensuring success of privatization initiatives
- PPP: Responsible for guiding, overseeing and ensuring success of Public Private Partnerships
