Transactions Structuring & Support

Mandate / Responsibilities

  • Negotiate strategic investment deals on behalf of the Government of Rwanda (‘GoR’)
  • Provide transactional support to other GoR institutions 
  • Oversee and implement the necessary processes for public private partnerships (‘PPP’) and privatization of state owned entities

Key Functions

  • Strategic Investment: Deal negotiations, structuring and closure of strategic deals
  • Privatization: Responsible for guiding, overseeing and ensuring success of privatization initiatives
  • PPP: Responsible for guiding, overseeing and ensuring success of Public Private Partnerships
