As you all know, every first week of the month of October each year, we celebrate International Customer Service Week, and we recognize the value of the customer service and most importantly, the teams on the frontlines of the customers’ journey and the impact their work has in driving their (customers) satisfaction.

This year’s theme is Team Service and it runs throughout the year.

As reflected in our last Staff meeting, this year, RDB would like to enrich it with new activity to the staff thus fostering Team Spirit and more awareness on extended One Stop Center to the Public
